Paul Meehan is the principal of the firm and has been practicing law in the Macarthur area for over 20 years. Paul is well known in the area for his expertise in running property related seminars and is the driving force behind Meehans' “Exceptional Personal Service” policy and the obtaining of certification to ISO Law 900 – Legal Best Practice. Meehans being the first firm in the Macarthur area to obtain certification.

As a local boy, having grown up in Campbelltown, Paul is well known in the local area.

Paul also represented NSW in Rugby in the late 80’s and from this extended his areas of influence into the wider Sydney community. Notwithstanding this Paul still lives locally and is involved in Community activities with Junior Rugby League, St. Paul’s Primary School, Magdalene High School, Mater Dei and Camden Golf Club.

William (Bill) Meehan Dip. Law, Dip. Crim is Meehans' Office Manager and father of the principal, Paul Meehan. Bill joined the Department of the Attorney General and of Justice and spent forty three years therein, twenty eight of those years as a Local Court Magistrate and Coroner. Upon retirement in 1994 Bill joined the firm as a Solicitor, bringing with him his vast knowledge of Litigation and all matters associated with the Court as the holder of a Diploma in Criminology has some knowledge as to the workings of the criminal mind and how to help such people overcome their problems.

In the years following Bill has guided the firm to certification under the Law 9000 AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000, and the firm can now proudly display the five ticks logo.

Bill is a former President of the Campbelltown Harlequins Rugby Club and as the foundation President of the Campbelltown Catholic Club is a Life Member and holds No. 1 badge.

Sean Cahill joined our team at Meehans in 2002. Sean has lived in the Macarthur area for many years and is aware of local issues and how they can have an impact on you.

Sean is an Accredited Family Law Specialist. In NSW there are less than 300 Accredited Specialists in Family Law. In the Macarthur region, there is literally only a handful, despite the fact that there are over 30 law firms in the Macarthur region. Sean also has an extensive background in most forms of Civil Litigation, including Commercial matters, Family Provision and Probate matters and residential and commercial conveyancing.

Sean has been able to combine his experience in all areas of the law (including being employed by the Australian Taxation Office while studying) to assist clients in resolving their disputes, whether it is a family law matter, an estate matter, commercial advice or succession planning.

Sean is also a Public Notary.

Tiffany Hart finished her school at Ivanhoe Girls Grammar School, Victoria and completed an Arts Degree at La Trobe University, Victoria with majors in Womens Studies and Legal Studies. Tiffany was then accepted into the Inaugural program of Newcastle University allowing the simultaneous completion of her Law Degree and Diploma of Legal Practice by way of practical placements and work experience throughout the course. Tiffany was admitted to practice in February 1997 and began at Meehans Solicitors Macquarie Fields office in June 1997.

Since joining Meehans Tiffany has worked in all offices and is now currently managing the Conveyancing at our Ingleburn Office. Tiffany specializes in Conveyancing, Mortgages, Wills and Probate.

Alisha Hughes was admitted as a solicitor in 2003 and has been part of our Meehans Team since May 2004.

Alisha is a graduate of the University Of Western Sydney where she completed both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. Prior to joining Meehans, Alisha gained a variety of experience having worked in a middle tier firm and for the Attorney Generals Department.

Alisha is a resident of the Macarthur region and completed her secondary Education at a local High School and as a result maintains strong links with the local community. Alisha is committed to a number of committees and sporting activities in the local area.

Alisha works extensively in Family Law and a range of other areas including Criminal Law, Wills and Estates, Commercial Law and Liquor Licensing. Alisha also manages the Conveyancing team at our Campbelltown office.

Susanne Namrawi joined our team at Meehans in September 2006 as a law graduate after being admitted as a Legal Practitioner in August 2005.

Susanne brings a fresh, determined and professional approach to Civil and Criminal litigation within our organization.

Karen Watson is a local of Campbelltown having lived in the area her entire life. As such Karen understands the needs and wants of the people and businesses of Macarthur and is involved in local sporting clubs and the local school community.

Karen has completed a Bachelor of Social Science at the University of Western Sydney Macarthur and a Bachelor of Laws through the University of New England.

Karen joined Meehans in September 2006 and is located at our Ingleburn office. She brings extensive experience to the firm having worked in civil litigation and criminal law for the past 8 years. Prior to joining Meehans Karen was employed by the New South Wales Crime Commission for seven years and is an expert in proceeds of crime legislation. Karen also has extensive experience in all areas of business law, franchising law and has extensive knowledge in employment law including the new Work Choices legislation and the obligations and rights of businesses in respect of their employees.

Steve Sidorovski graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Economics and Finance in 2004 and completed his Bachelor of Law in 2006. Steven went on to attain his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Distinction level.

Steven has grown up in the Campbelltown area having had many dealings with people in the local community through his involvement in small business and business management. As a result Steven has knowledge in Leasing matters, Debt Recovery and Civil Litigation. Prior to joining Meehans, Steven gained experience in a City law firm dealing with Conveyancing and Commercial transactions.

Steve joined the Meehans team in April 2008 and is competent in speaking and interpreting the Macedonian language.
